Founded in June 1899, Elks Lodge #456 has been a cornerstone of the Lewistown community for more than a century. Built on the guiding principles of Charity, Justice, Brotherly Love, and Fidelity, our Lodge has created a lasting legacy of service, connection, and community.
Through generations of dedicated members, Elks Lodge #456 has continued to support meaningful causes, from assisting veterans and youth programs to providing outreach and resources that strengthen our community. Our mission remains simple: ELKS CARE. ELKS SHARE.
For over 125 years, we have been proud to serve Lewistown and look forward to continuing this tradition for generations to come.

For more than 150 years, the Elks have been a proud fraternal organization dedicated to serving our communities through fellowship, charity, and service. With nearly 2,000 lodges nationwide, we support veterans, invest in youth through scholarships, and make a lasting impact in the communities we call home.
origin
The Order spends more than $80,000,000 every year for benevolent, educational and patriotic community-minded programs in such fields as benefitting special needs children, sponsoring Elks National Foundation scholarships, scouting, athletic teams, veterans' works, a national "Hoop Shoot" free-throw contest involving more than 3 million children, physical and occupational therapy programs and patriotic programs.
